Factory reaction types:

Halogenation reaction refers to the reaction in which hydrogen or other groups in organic compounds are replaced by halogens to produce halogenated organic compounds.

Hofmann elimination refers to the elimination of hydrogen from β -carbon atoms containing more hydrogen by a reaction of a quaternary ammonium base with potassium iodide and silver hydroxide, resulting in an alkene with fewer substituents on the double-bonded carbon. This elimination is the reverse of the elimination of halogenated hydrocarbons.

Oxidation reaction: In a narrow sense, oxidation reaction refers to the loss of oxygen by substances and oxidation reduction reaction. Broadly speaking, electron loss is oxidation reaction and electron gain is reduction reaction.

Cyclization reaction refers to the formation of new carbon rings or heterocycles in organic compound molecules, also known as closed loop or loop condensation. In the formation of carbon ring, carbon - carbon bond is formed to complete the cyclization reaction; In the formation of the ring structure containing heteroatoms, it can form carbon-carbon bonds to complete the cyclization reaction, can also form carbon-heteroatom bonds (C-N, C-O, C-S bonds, etc.) to complete the cyclization reaction, sometimes can also form bonds between two heteroatoms (n-N, n-S bonds, etc.) to complete the cyclization reaction.

The Alkylation reaction refers to the introduction of an alkyl (-R) into the carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen atoms of organic molecules. Commonly used alkylation agents are alkenes, halogenated alkanes, alkyl sulfate esters and alcohols.
